As an Wireless Sales Associate, you will be able to work with wireless products and services, interact with customers, provide tailored solutions, present available wireless options to and expedite exceptional service.
Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand the communication and wireless services that are available to them or that they are looking for
- Recommending wireless devices and explain the latest products, services, and promotional upgrades that are available that month
- Driving sales by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Processing mobile sales orders by handling account management
- Providing basic troubleshooting assistance for device and service-related issues
- Proactively reach out to new customers to expand services and outreach solutions
Wireless Sales Associate Qualifications:
- A passion for business and sales with a drive to exceed professional goals
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships
- Experience in a customer or sales setting is preferred but not required
- Telecommunication or wireless knowledge is a plus but also not required
- Adaptability to learn about evolving technology and new product features

Wireless Sales Associate Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Raleigh, NC. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.
- Pay: 100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with wireless promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
