Sales Support Associate

NexCall Communications, a sales and business consulting firm based in the area, is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Support Associates representing the Verizon 5G brand.

In this role, you’ll work directly with local customers to support, guide, and educate customers as they explore Verizon’s 5G Home Internet and mobile solutions. This position focuses on helping people understand their options and confidently move forward with the solution that best fits their needs.

As a Sales Support Associate, you’ll explain coverage, performance, and pricing in everyday language while representing Verizon with professionalism and approachability.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Associate

• Engage with Rochester-area customers to introduce and support enrollment in Verizon 5G Home Internet and mobile services.
• Guide customers through available options, helping them compare speeds, coverage, and features.
• Assist with account setup and transitions, ensuring a smooth and straightforward experience.
• Explain how Verizon 5G compares to traditional cable or legacy providers in simple terms.
• Address common questions and concerns with confidence and transparency.
• Build trust by acting as a knowledgeable local resource for connectivity solutions.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals with ongoing training and support.

Minimum Qualifications of the Sales Support Associate

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
• Friendly communicator who can walk customers through Verizon plans and equipment.
• Stays informed on new Verizon hardware and network improvements.
• Committed to helping customers choose the best Verizon solutions for their home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,067.00 - $4,639.54 per month
