About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, proactive, and people-focused Account Manager to support our fast-growing customer base. You'll be at the front line of our client experience, answering questions, guiding purchases, following up with existing customers, and keeping relationships organized and accurate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Follow up with customers who have purchased NexaNano products to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order options.
  • Record call notes and updates in our CRM system to maintain organized client records.
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships, ensuring questions and needs are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve the customer experience and share insights from the field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid follow-up habits
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently (you'll manage your own schedule)
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (training provided)
  • Customer service or account management experience preferred
  • Reliable internet and phone access
  • A positive, adaptable attitude aligned with NexaNano's core values
