Salary Range:$60, $105,000.00

Job Description
Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Property Manager who is responsible for end-to-end management of government property in compliance with DoD, FAR, and DFARS requirements. Ensures accurate lifecycle tracking of GFE and CAP using DPAS, STARS, GCCS-A, and PIEE in support of Army and DoD programs
Position Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle accountability of government property
Perform property actions in DPAS and maintain baseline inventory in STARS
Track asset status, location, and hand receipts to ensure audit readiness
Conduct physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
Support shipping, receiving, issuance, and equipment reset for training missions
Support contract property processes through PIEE
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or 13 years in lieu of a degree
Experience with STARS, GCCS-A, and PIEE
Government property or inventory management experience
Ability to work on-site at Picatinny Arsenal
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance
