Job Summary:
Source, attract, and evaluate candidates for technical positions within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and technical assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Facilitate the negotiation and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain candidate and job requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine technical job requirements, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications, assessing candidate qualifications and technical skills.
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate fit and technical proficiency.
Administer technical assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' knowledge and abilities.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring efficient and timely communication.
Gather and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in negotiating job offers, including compensation and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and job requisition data in the ATS.
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in order to effectively evaluate candidates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technical recruiter (Intel and Cybersecurity recruiting background a plus)
Experience recruiting for cleared personnel in the defense industry is required.
In-depth understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications.
Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches).
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including technical evaluations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Skills:
Must possess strong Internet, active, and passive candidate search skills.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel in a high-volume demanding environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) required.
