Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with borrowers, Realtors, and referral partners
• Assist clients with mortgage financing options
• Collect and review loan applications and documentation
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications:
• Active NMLS license or SAFE/NMLS exam passed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Mortgage experience preferred but not required
