Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer based in Florida, United States. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans while providing exceptional support and guidance to clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing creditworthiness, building relationships with clients and referral partners, recommending appropriate loan products, assisting with the loan application process, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in loan origination, lending products, and financial analysis
- Proven experience in relationship-building, client communication, and maintaining a professional network
- Strong understanding of lending compliance, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Relevant licensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) under NMLS
- Experience using mortgage software systems and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
