Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Manager for The Richard Woodward Team. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth for the team. The role requires market research, identifying trends, and strategizing to expand the teams customer base. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership teams will be required to achieve business objectives. The objective is to develop mortgage loan referrals and funding for the mortgage team.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Networking in Real Estate
• Strong abilities in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Experience in Building Partnerships, Client Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Engagement
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative environments
• Familiarity with the mortgage or lending industry is a plus

Compensation is commission only. The Business Development Manager will earn 0.25% of the loan amount funded derived from referred loans from marketing efforts. The referral source must be registered and proof of marketing effort required.
