Environmental Services Supervisor - Nights

As a Supervisor, you will assume leadership of Environmental Services and Patient Transport at NewYork-Presbyterian/ Lower Manhattan Hospital. Here you will work with dynamic colleagues and a diverse patient population. Empower Environmental Service professionals to deliver extraordinary guest experiences. The supervisor also completes surveys on patients and performs quality checks on patient ready rooms. Be the face of caring, proactive customer service on a tight knit team. Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and hospitality for all patients and employees. Provide inspiring, action-oriented leadership that fosters consistency, results and personalized service across our campus.

This is a full time position, working Overnights, Monday - Friday, including rotating weekends.

Preferred Criteria

• Prior experience supervising Environmental Services staff in a hospital environment

Required Criteria 

• At least 2 years of related experience
• Associates Degree or equivalent years of experience 
• Basic knowledge of EVS, laundry, or waste management operations, preferably in a large institution

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
