Centralized Timekeeper - Kronos
Under the dual direction of the Central Timekeeping Office Manager and Workforce Management you'll coordinate all aspects of scheduling and the timekeeping processing for all departments, using the Kronos Advanced Scheduling and Timekeeping systems. Provide training to all departmental timekeeping representatives and schedulers on the basic use of Kronos inquiry capabilities, and NYP & Bargaining Unit pay practices. Maintain expert level knowledge of NYP’s use of Kronos Advanced Scheduler, Kronos Timekeeping, Kronos Time Accruals, and Hospital Pay Policies. Assist all departments, including Nursing management in preparing 4 week schedule plans for all shifts, using Kronos Advanced Scheduler. Manage and apply daily ongoing changes to the original Kronos Advanced Scheduler schedules online in Kronos. Function as the central timekeeping department for Kronos Timekeeping functions for all departments, including applying time-off requests, and updating Kronos for Missed Punch Forms, Overtime Approvals, and Requests for Additional Paid Time, as requested by Department Management.
This is a full time hybrid position oversee Centralise
Required Criteria:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
- Knowledge of computer systems and various office applications
Preferred Criteria
- Experience with Kronos
- Previous experience with exceptions and missed punches
