As a Maintenance Mechanic at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, you will be responsible for performing a variety of engineering and plant maintenance functions to provide for efficient operation of the physical plant and hospital campus and off-site locations.
Maintenance Mechanic - Engineering - Part-Time
This is a Part- time (Weekend 12:00AM to 8:00AM schedule) position at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital located at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, upper Westchester County, NY.
Preferred Criteria
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Maintenance Mechanic - Engineering - Part-Time
This is a Part- time (Weekend 12:00AM to 8:00AM schedule) position at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital located at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, upper Westchester County, NY.
Preferred Criteria
- 3 years of related mechanical and electrical experience.
- Ability to transport equipment of varying sizes and weights throughout the facility and hospital campus. Ability to work throughout the entire facility, operate equipment.
- Demonstrate knowledge and competence in area of practice.
- Clean and valid NYS driver license.
- Ability to communicate in an effective manner and able to take direction and supervision.
- Maintain awareness of the responsibility attached to maintaining and servicing the physical plant.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of hospital staff, visitors, and outside agencies
- High school graduate or equivalent.
