Manager Finance Operations and Performance
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the management and direction of staff; evaluates performance of staff; makes hiring decisions and initiates disciplinary actions.
- Develops and implements dashboards and tracks key metrics to measure performance of teams, team members, and processes.
- Assesses standard operating procedures throughout PSS & Finance and determines effectiveness and efficiency. Recommends and implements positive, data-driven changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Maintains awareness of industry standards, trends, new technologies, and industry best practices, and participates in inter-hospital forums.
- Performs all duties inherent to managerial role. Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned
- Graduate Degree
- Knowledge of Infor Lawson and Epic systems
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of related experience
- Excellent knowledge of DMAIC framework
- Ability to assess and restructure current operations
- Understanding of Smartsheet, SQL, Relational Databases, Data Integration, Power BI, DAX
- Understanding of financial analysis, controls, and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Project management, implementation, and coordination skills
- Outstanding collaborative leadership and group management skills
