Position Overview
We are hiring a Wildlife and Insulation Department Manager to lead and grow our wildlife division. This role is focused on building systems, training technicians, and driving revenue through high-quality exclusion and insulation services.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Required: NWCOA certification
- 3 years of experience in wildlife control, exclusion, or related field
- Experience with trapping, exclusion methods, and long-term prevention
- Leadership or team training experience preferred
- Ability to identify and close service opportunities in the field
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the wildlife and exclusion division
- Train and manage technicians
- Oversee job quality and ensure proper execution
- Work with insulation services, including TAP installs and attic restoration
- Build processes to improve efficiency and production
- Drive revenue through inspections, sales, and upsells
