What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Worker position at Newtown Farm Market?
Our college kids are going back to school. We’re seeking full and/ or part-time roles in our deli department where the team members flex between customer service, sandwich making, deli slicing and inventory management, food prep, baking and more. We strongly prefer some food service experience and people who like to engage with other people. It’s a dynamic environment requiring strong collaboration with teammates and communication with customers. We have flexible scheduling opportunities, however we do require at least one weekend day (we are not open evenings). Deli workers receive tips, a shift meal and an employee discount. Candidates must be at least 16 and have their own reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
