Summary:
We are looking to hire a Barre Instructor that will aid in supporting all members in creating happier,
and healthier lives. They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supportive, and
upholds the NAC goal of making lives better.
Qualifications:
? Passion for fitness, wellness, and committed to helping others reach their goals
? Background in fitness, athletics, or dance
? Comfortable using a mic to give instruction to large groups of people
? Enthusiastic, confident, highly motivating, and warm personality
? Dependable with strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
? Ability to keep rhythm and teach with a count to the beat of music
Responsibilities:
? Available to teach a minimum of 3 classes per week
? Observe and engage with participants in teaching proper form and breathing techniques as
needed
? Must be organized, structured, and arrive early to all classes
? Creating a class atmosphere that can meet the needs of all levels of students by providing a
range of modifications through well-structured class programming
