Need Data Analyst /Business Data Analyst -Jersey City ,NJ
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Data Technologies and a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving data-driven transformation initiatives, AI adoption, and strategic business outcomes.
The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience working with large-scale data platforms, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Lead requirement discovery workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
