Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Mainframe Migration Architect with strong expertise in COBOL-based systems and large-scale modernization to open systems (Java/Cloud/Linux). The role involves driving end-to-end legacy transformation initiatives and working closely with presales and delivery teams.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Mainframe (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)
Proven track record in legacy modernization / migration projects
Experience in COBOL to Java / cloud transformation
Hands-on with Linux / Distributed systems / Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Exposure to migration tools like Blu Age, Micro Focus, Raincode, etc.
