What You'll Actually Do
This role is measured in output, not hours. You'll own experiments end to end:
- Run growth experiments across TikTok, Reddit, campus channels, and SEO. Ship, measure, kill or scale.
- Own one acquisition channel within 30 days. You pick it, you defend it, you report the numbers.
- Source and manage micro-creators for short-form content about arguing with AI.
- Write in public. Posts, comparison pages, campus outreach that converts.
- Direct work with the founder, no layers.
- A named channel you can point to: "I grew X from Y to Z."
- Conversion to paid when your channel proves out. Top performer gets first call on a founding growth hire post-raise.
- You've grown something before: a club, a page, a newsletter, a Discord. Any size, but real numbers.
- You ship fast and think in experiments. Comfortable being wrong in week one and right by week three.
- Bonus: debate background, or you know why AI that agrees with everything is a problem.
