Key Responsibilities
Marketing & In-Store Collateral
Design And Produce a Wide Range Of Assets, Including
- Flyers, brochures, invitations and e-invitations
- In-store signage (POS, directional, promotional)
- Product labels and retail supports
- Restaurant menus and F&B materials
- Ensure consistency with Printemps’ visual identity and brand standards
- Adapt designs across formats while maintaining a high level of finish and detail
- Adapt and enhance brand guidelines
Design And Maintain
- Newsletter templates and CRM visual assets
- Occasionally develop:
- Social media templates (posts, stories)
- Campaign visuals and assets for special projects
Work Closely With
- Visual Merchandising team
- F&B team
- Social Media Manager
- CRM Manager
- Events Manager
- Broader Marketing team
- Translate business and operational needs into elevated, on-brand creative output
- Prepare and deliver print-ready files with full technical accuracy
- Liaise with external vendors and printers
- Oversee production timelines and ensure quality control
- Ensure consistency between creative concepts and final execution
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Canva (for agile, templated content creation)
- Print design and production (bleeds, trims, color profiles – CMYK/Pantone)
- Layout and editorial design (multi-page documents, menus, brochures)
- Typography and visual hierarchy, with a strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of:
- Print-ready file preparation and export formats
- End-to-end production workflows
