For more information, visit www.newsbreak.com/aboutKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute organic growth strategies across Reddit, LinkedIn, email, SEO, and other content marketing channels.Own creative strategy — work alongside product managers and engineers to ideate, test, and iterate on high-performing campaign creatives. align with broader business objectives and foster tight cross-functional collaboration.manage the day-to-day execution of our growth marketing initiatives - with a focus on social media marketing and paid acquisition.Lead data-driven experimentation and testing to uncover insights across the full user journey, from acquisition to retention.Qualifications2 to 5 years of experience in growth or marketing, ideally in a fast-scaling consumer or AI startup.Former founder, early team member, or someone with strong 0→1 building experience.Hands-on experience managing and scaling multiple distribution channels (e.g. Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, email).Deep understanding of ToC growth mechanics and AI-driven marketing strategies, with the ability to analyze and replicate successful case studies.Proven track record of running and optimizing campaigns in fast-paced, high-innovation environments.The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
