Starting Salary
$43.27/hr. ($90,000/year annualized) Competitive salary offer based on background and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the full software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master; apply Agile principles to manage project execution.
- Facilitate communication across technical teams and executives, tailoring messages to each audience.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse roles and skill levels within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver clear communications on resource allocation, time budgets, and overall project status.
- Oversee project management and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience from concept to delivery
- Hands-on Project Manager and/or Scrum Master experience
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Strong collaboration across diverse roles and skill levels
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Skilled in reporting on resources, budgets, and project status
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
