Starting Salary Range

$120,000 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technical programs across diverse business units and technologies
• Collaborate across the enterprise to define and execute strategic priorities
• Drive organizational change through effective governance and stakeholder engagement
• Mentor project managers and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Champion innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric delivery

Qualifications

• Proven success driving enterprise-level portfolios and strategic initiatives to successful conclusion
• Strong leadership and communication skills with executive presence ensuring accountability for results
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
