NewRüf Roofing & Restoration is looking for an experienced insurance restoration executive to build and lead what we believe can become one of the premier insurance restoration departments in Texas.

This isn’t a desk job.

This isn’t a corporate management position.

This is a working executive role.

You’ll still inspect losses.

You’ll still climb roofs.

You’ll still meet with adjusters.

You’ll still write Xactimate and Symbility estimates.

You’ll still negotiate supplements.

You’ll still manage projects.

But you’ll also recruit, train, mentor, and lead a growing team while expanding our MRP/DRP relationships and creating new profit centers like Contents Pack-Out and Pack-Back services.

You won’t simply manage a department…

You’ll build it.
