- A growing sales team (20 reps and expanding)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of outside sales representatives
- Drive daily activity (door knocking, inspections, closing)
- Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
- Improve close rates from inspection to contract
- Run structured, efficient sales meetings
- Hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Assist with deal strategy and closing support

- High activity levels (100 doors/day standard per rep)

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a sales team (not just personal sales performance)
- Roofing, construction, or storm restoration experience preferred
- Strong field leadership skills (not just office management)
- Calm under pressure and emotionally disciplined
- High accountability mindset
- Team-first mentality (no ego-driven leadership)
- Ability to coach, train, and develop others

Compensation
- Base Salary: $65,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus / Override: Percentage of team gross profit
- Total Compensation Potential: $120,000 – $200,000
