Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Loan Officers, driving production, performance, and accountability
- Build a strong, motivated sales culture centered on growth, service, and execution
- Manage pipeline activity and performance to consistently achieve and exceed monthly production goals
- Ensure all originations align with Newrez guidelines, pricing, and compliance standards
- Partner with JV stakeholders and Division leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives
- Play a hands-on role in recruiting, mentoring, and developing top-tier originators
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless, efficient loan process from application to closing
- Leverage marketing-supported lead flow and agent partnerships to increase purchase volume and market share

Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years of mortgage production experience with demonstrated success
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring originators across multiple markets
- Distributed retail or JV experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
