Primary Function
The Global Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for reporting, project management and invoice management. This role is instrumental to ensuring data is accurate as it pertains to information requested or utilized to minimize risk. This role will work closely with Newrez Line of Business owners and our vendor partners.

Primary Function
The Global Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for reporting, project management and invoice management. This role is instrumental to ensuring data is accurate as it pertains to information requested or utilized to minimize risk. This role will work closely with Newrez Line of Business owners and our vendor partners.
Principal Duties
- Management and oversight of Contingent Workforce Headcount.
- Function as a Primary Point of Contact and an escalation point for Newrez Line of Business and Vendor Partners on matters related to Contingent Workforce.
- Access Management oversight for Contingent Workforce.
- Invoice Management for Contingent Workforce, to include validation, tracking and submission to Accounts Payable (A/P).
- Data validation and report development to include the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Participation in the integration, management, and oversight of department’s Contingent Workforce Management System (Simplify).
- Assist with audit and exam request by consolidating data and responses on behalf of department.
- Assist with audit/testing of Newrez suppliers.
- Deliver prompt, positive communication and service to both our internal and external partners, with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Data validation and report development to include the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience successfully managing third party Vendor relationships, preferably outsourcing and/or contingent workforce engagements.
- Mortgage Industry experience.
- Experience with IT related concepts.
- PMP Certification, preferred.
- Understanding of Third Party/Vendor regulatory requirements as they relate to non-bank Servicers and Originators.
- Vendor Management Systems experience, preferred experience with Simplify VMS.
- Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
- Strong consultative and collaborative work style.
- High learning agility with the ability to learn and integrate business variables and learn new systems and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving abilities; solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management capability.
- Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- High degree of professional maturity, integrity, ability to maintain confidential data and information.
- High degree of business and financial acumen; strong technical aptitude.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
