Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms and manage applicant flow.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events.
- Perform related duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization.
- Skilled in influencing, negotiation, and consultative collaboration.
- High learning agility; able to adapt to new business variables and platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective project management capability.
- Self-directed, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
- High degree of professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential data and information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
