Principal Duties
- Prepares mortgage document binder for Homeownership Operation Centers
- Manages timeframes on sending insurance application to government agencies
- Handles document deficiencies with internal branches
- Manages report data on outstanding loans in process
- Records and tracks MIC’s received
- Handles USDA and VA Loan Note Guarantee’s
- Other duties as directed.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 year’s of government insuring experience.
- 3 years of mortgage experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of government mortgage documents
- Detailed oriented able to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Team oriented with ability to interact within and outside of the organization
- Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with quality in a fast-paced environment
