The Funder performs wire set up and completes due diligence on loan files.
Principal Duties
- Performs wire set up
- Completes due diligence on loan files
- Communicates with field and warehouse banks
- Disburses loans and confirms disbursements with closing agents
- Reconciles warehouse lines daily
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School diploma
- Three (3) years of experience in mortgage industry
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
- Candidate must be familiar with industry related software
- Overtime is a must and mandatory at month end
- Experienced in working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong proof-reading skills
- Strong reading comprehension skills
- Strong customer service skills
