The Warehouse Stock Agent role is a vital part of Newrest’soperations, and is responsible for safely, accurately and efficiently managingthe warehouse inventory. This role ensures that the inventory is accurate dailyand that full Inventory counts are done every 10 days.

- Receiving:
- Assisting when needed and thefirst point of entry for our products
- Restacking pallets for counting,date coding and item numbering
- Rejecting any product that doesnot meet our quality standards
- Ensuring all boxes have codes,receipt dates and expiration dates
- First in First Out (FIFO) – FirstExpired First Out (FEFO)
- Ensuring all boxes are closed andon pallets
- Ensuring any decanted products arein plastic crates
- Repacking pallets and putting themaway into their correct locations
- Via messaging platforms
- Via Email for bigger issues andreports
- Use Teams to create and storeworking documents
- Use Winrest to control ourinventory
- Recounting any product that leavesthe warehouse (Verification at the gate)
- Taking photos of products leavingthe warehouse with the label showing
- Ensuring products are correctlydecanted
- Ensuring the Output Forms (OF) areaccurate on Winrest from other departments and from within the warehouse
- Daily cycle counts (Top moving andhighest value)
- Change shifts to accommodate theCompany inventory counts every 10 days
- Swap another day off to ensurethat the full team is at the inventory count
- Participate in the counting andinputting of the inventory from start to finish
- Understand and be accountable forinventory discrepancies
- Reporting of discrepancies withcorrective actions to stop issues reoccurring
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouseoperations, stock counting, or logistics preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability towork efficiently under pressure.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
