NEWPRO Home Solutions, the leading home improvement company in New England, is seeking energetic and motivated part-time Brand Ambassadors to join our marketing team.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll work on-site at high-traffic retail stores and occasionally at events like home shows or fairs. Your main goal is to engage with homeowners and generate leads by setting up free in-home consultations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work inside partnered retail stores engaging directly with shoppers
- Be the face of NEWPRO — meet homeowners and generate leads by offering free in-home consultations
- Drive traffic to our sales team by contributing to the lead funnel across all product lines
- Use trained techniques and tools to share product knowledge and generate interest
- Collaborate with your team to exceed lead goals
- Assist with maintaining an attractive and functional booth/display setup
What you’ll need:
- 1–2 years of retail, field marketing, or customer service experience preferred
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A smartphone with internet access
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and interact for long periods (6–8 hours per shift)
