Upper Elementary Classroom Teacher (Anticipated 2026-2027 school year)

Newport Town School is looking for a upper elementary grade teacher with a heart for students to join their teaching staff for the 2026-2027 school year. We welcome a team player who wants to work hard and contribute positively to the lives of young people. Anticipated assignment would focus on Math and Science. Newport Town School is a community of learners that fosters each person to be an active member of our community and demonstrate independence, respect, empathy, perseverance and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include: planning for classroom instruction and management, direct instruction to individual, small groups and large groups in an inclusive classroom, and oversight of paraprofessional staff. Salary & benefits: per Teacher’s Negotiated Agreement. Salary range between $49,770 and $89,460 based on previous experience and education level.
