Director of Community Relations
The Director of Community Relations (DCR) for Newport Post Acute will direct the community relations strategy and programs designated to promote and represent the full healthcare campus, inclusive of hospital, subacute, long-term care, and assisted living, and brand the campus as a socially responsible force in the community. The DCR will oversee the planning of outreach programs that engage, support, and partner with the community and yield positive relations and alignment with community goals. The DCR will collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to develop clear objectives and deliver meaningful and measurable results. The DCR will support community relations programs, including coordination of internal and external events, including development and oversight of the volunteer program.
Please have the following requirements: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree as well as 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
