We are currently looking for a Property Manager who will be passionate about working with the residents of a 252 Apartment Building located in Sonora, California.
Under the general supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Agent’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the agreement between the tenant(s) and the property to lease or rent a unit. Performs related duties as assigned.
Provide assistance and support to the Property Manager not limited to:

Provide information about the property and community to the prospect clients.

Schedule visits to the property.

Lease or rent the unit under acceptable and pre-determined conditions.

Effectively explain to the client all the leasing/renting policies.

Keep track of all leasing paperwork, including the application, leasing agreements, employment and credit checks, and move-in packets.

Communicate with community residents and Property Manager to exchange information, coordinate activities and programs and resolve issues or concerns.

Maintain an accurate and thorough knowledge of all aspects of the property, specifically in pricing information, availability, expiration of contracts, and the size of the property.

Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace.

Advise Property Manager of any issues to ensure orderly and efficient operations.
