Position Overview
This is a high-income opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a background in sales, customer service, or cold calling.
Your role is simple: connect with prospective clients and schedule complimentary 30-minute financial planning meetings with our advisory team. You are not selling a product or asking for money—you are introducing individuals to a valuable, no-cost financial planning consultation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Clearly communicate the value of a complimentary financial planning meeting
- Schedule qualified appointments for financial advisors
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointments
- Meet and exceed weekly appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
- Previous cold calling, sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred,
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Goal-oriented and coachable
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
Compensation
