What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter position at Newpoint Services LLC?
As a Porter you will be responsible for general cleaning of parking garage facilities and parking lots
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Verify cleaning log at the end of shift.
- Performs all tasks as trained for the proper use and application of products and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Always provide outstanding customer service.
- Available for work schedules and/or assignments at the request of the customer
- Effectively interact and converse with customers and company personnel
- Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Clean and maintain cleaning tools at the end of each day.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Arrive at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
- Follow all instructions for entering customer building.
- Must have driver’s license.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, reach stoop, squat and lift frequently.
- Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform
- Follow all instructions for entering customer building
