Job TitleSenior Contracts Coordinator, EMEA Location(s) Krakow, Poland - Hybrid Job Description Purpose PerkinElmer is a global technology leader driving growth and initiative in the Environmental and Human Health Science markets. The OneSource Enterprise Contracts Coordinator will provide support to the Enterprise organization participating in all aspects of the Contracts team, including implementation and maintenance of OneSource Laboratory Service contracts, relocation activities and focusing on SAP contract maintenance for the OneSource business. Invoice creation and customization for OneSource service contracts by specific account, including month end chargeback process for all out of scope services, at the line item level with supporting documentation. Follow customer specific electronic invoicing submission processes. Equipment record creation. Scrutinize and edit instrument lists provided from various sources and presented in various forms. Ensuring the accuracy of the varied contract coverage’s offered – SAP pricing conditions Manage the change control process for the adds, deletes and changes of instruments on OneSource service contracts and the equipment database submitted to the contracts team. Perform month end quality checks on contracts. Prvide support for all aspects of SAP contract material management, supporting OneSource multi-vendor instruments, searching for and identifying valid contract materials and submitting and fulfilling requests for new materials as necessary. Additional Responsibilities SAP contract renewal dates and supporting sales and delivery teams in the year-end contract renewal process. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of key systems and applications, such as ServiceMax and SAP ERP. Mastering project management skills, including new Enterprise asset management programs and RPA projects. Identifying gaps in available process documentation and supporting the mapping of existing processes. Supporting the team leader by collaborating with various stakeholders, including PerkinElmer senior management. Supporting continuous improvement of OneSource operations and tracking time savings. Working closely with financial team to ensure accurate financial performance reporting Requirements Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years data administration experience, preferably SAP (SD/FI) Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Enthusiasm and openness for change and innovation. Excellent verbal and written skills required. Experience with Microsoft Office with focus on very good Excel skills. Fluent English and another European language knowledge will be a plus.
