Order Picker/Packer / Shipping Specialist -- Full Time | Gordonsville, TN | Monday to Friday Day Shift

Newparts is a growing e-commerce auto parts company and we need a dependable picker/packer to help us keep up with demand.
Local Smith County job -- no 45-minute commute.
What you'll do:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Follow established procedures and keep your area organized. Work alongside a small team that respects each other and gets the job done.
What we're looking for:
Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record. At least 1 year of warehouse experience (picking and packing preferred) or related experience in a similar field or occupation. Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player -- without needing to be micromanaged.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting at $16/hr, with higher starting pay based on experience. Performance incentive plan. Regular wage evaluations. Fully paid dental and vision insurance.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, 8 hours
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
