Your Impact

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring HR systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business goals. Your work will directly enhance HR operations, data accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

As part of our team, you will

  • Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Partner with HR and IT to align systems with business priorities
  • Lead and support system enhancement and optimization projects
  • Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance standards
  • Support integrations and data migrations across SAP platforms
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to end users
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology

Prerequisites for your success in this role

  • 5 years of SAP HR / SuccessFactors experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) implementation and configuration
  • Knowledge of integrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and data migration
  • Experience delivering projects in complex, enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
  • Project management experience (Agile, Scrum, or PMP preferred)

Your work environment

  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment (IT, HR, Payroll, Finance, external partners)
  • The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
  • The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

  • Up to 30% travel may be required

The salary range offered for this role is USD $106,200- 148,680. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
