As an Analyst, Continuous Improvement & Project Management, you will support Newmont’s Service Enablement Group (SEG) by ensuring timely project updates, tracking risks and issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760- 117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.

Your Impact
As an Analyst, Continuous Improvement & Project Management, you will support Newmont’s Service Enablement Group (SEG) by ensuring timely project updates, tracking risks and issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will drive project success and enhance operational efficiency across global teams.
As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Report project progress, KPIs, and status updates to leadership.
- Monitor transition planning and staffing requirements by function and site.
- Track and collate project risks, issues, and action items.
- Support the adoption of project management tools and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives across the SEG organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in continuous improvement, ERP/system projects, or project management support roles.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com).
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish desirable).
- Ability to work cross-functionally, engage stakeholders, and adapt to evolving project needs.
- The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
- Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
