Job Type
Full-time - Monday - Friday (8 am - 4 pm) – Fort Edward Site
Pay Rate - $85,000-$104,000 Annually
Preschool children between the ages of 3-5
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Special Education required.
Initial/Professional NY State Certification in Students with Disabilities Birth-Grade 2 required.
Experience is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Oversee ABA programming, classroom operations, and related services.
- Monitor quality through regular classroom visits and data review.
- Collaborate with school district partners and families.
- Support IEP implementation, program changes, and staff development.
- Lead and supervise program teams across locations.
- Ensure best practices, compliance, and a safe learning environment.
- Assist with quality assurance and agency initiatives.
