Responsibilities
- Monitor automotive testing equipment and mechanical rigs
- Keep test data accurate and organized
- Troubleshoot and adjust tests to meet exact specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance and log it properly
- Communicate issues clearly with teammates and engineers
- Work on a steady off-shift schedule with no rotation
- Learn continuously and help train others over time
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUMS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical experience or strong hands-on aptitude (we’ll train the right person)
- Comfortable working with tools, diagnostics, and technical data
- Team mindset and a strong work ethic
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Associate’s degree
- Background in automotive, mechanical, industrial, or trade work is a plus
