Responsibilities
- Design and execute custom marketing deliverables for both property listings and business development pursuits, including brochures, offering memorandums, pitch decks, digital assets, and presentations.
- Build marketing collateral from the ground up, shaping layout, visual strategy, and messaging in collaboration with brokers and the broader marketing team.
- Translate complex deal information into clean, strategic visuals that reflect the voice of the team and expectations of the market.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines across service lines and asset types, ensuring all work is on deadline and high impact.
- Coordinate with brokers, researchers, and other marketing teammates to gather input and keep workflows moving, especially under tight deadlines.
- Utilize web-based tools and shared platforms to manage versions, track progress, and maintain accuracy across all materials.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a design-intensive marketing role, ideally in commercial real estate or professional services.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and web-based project tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrate ability to produce ground-up creative and execute under pressure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and business lines.
- Ability to take ownership, self-manage, and get things done in a high-volume, entrepreneurial environment.
