QUALIFICATIONS
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
Working Conditions: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional landlords, developers, and ownership groups
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with existing clients
- Support brokers in managing and expanding key client relationships
- Deliver a polished, high-quality client experience
- Build and maintain:
- Lease comparables
- Sale comparables
- Competing inventory analyses
- Active tenant tracking
- Update and distribute lease activity reports
- Translate market data into clear, client-ready insights and presentations
- Support pitches and strategic client discussions
- Lead and execute targeted marketing initiatives including:
- LinkedIn strategy and content
- Email campaigns
- Quarterly newsletters
- Market reports and case studies
- Help position the team as a trusted authority in the industrial real estate market
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand presence
- Build, maintain, and enhance the team’s CRM/database
- Track client relationships, prospects, and deal pipeline activity
- Create systems that improve organization, efficiency, and proactive outreach
- Ensure data accuracy and usability across the team
- Identify and implement tools to improve team productivity
- Leverage AI to streamline research, reporting, and marketing workflows
- Help modernize processes and increase overall team efficiency
- Serve as a resource for technology adoption and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0–4 years of professional experience (real estate, finance, consulting, sales, marketing, or related field)
- Open to candidates both new to commercial real estate and those with industry experience
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain a license is preferred, but not required
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative
- Analytical thinker who can turn data into insights
- Comfortable interacting with sophisticated, institutional clients
- Tech-savvy with interest in leveraging technology and AI
