What You’ll Do:
• Complete work orders and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Prepare vacant units (make-readies)
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Provide great customer service to residents
Schedule:
• On call as needed for emergencies
• Weekends and after-hours as needed
What You Bring:
• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred
• General repair skills and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work daily
