Join a maintenance team dedicated to uptime, safety, and product excellence. Your mission is simple: keep production moving and continuously improve equipment reliability and glove quality.

Your impact
  • Maintain and repair production equipment: large‑scale mixers, blenders, belt ovens, and conveyor belts.
  • Provide forklift service and support for warehouse operations.
  • Own preventive maintenance schedules across all production machinery.
  • Install, commission, debug, and stabilize new and existing plant equipment.
  • Partner with Production to resolve safety and quality concerns quickly.
  • Log accurate maintenance data (work orders, time cards) as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Escalate equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager early.
  • Be available for overtime assignments as needed.
  • Take on related duties that support the maintenance function.
What you’ll bring
  • Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent education/experience/training.
  • 1–5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with PLC and VFD troubleshooting (no programming necessary).
  • Knowledge of maintenance best practices, OSHA safety standards, and industry jargon.
  • Strong team player who communicates well on a busy plant floor.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and production requirements in food manufacturing.

Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
