Role Description:
This is a full-time, in person/ hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer located in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, including but not limited to: technology strategy, software development, infrastructure, and product management. The position requires a combination of technical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have
experience managing and leading teams with a successful track record of building and scaling products and companies in a fast-paced environment. The role would be an equity only (no salary) role, until the application is launched. All interviews are being conducted in person, in San Diego, CA.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related field
Previous experience with building, growing, and selling sales CRM companies
Ideally 10 years of experience in technology leadership positions (others can apply)
Demonstrated success in building and scaling products in a fast-paced environment
Experience with software development, infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and product management
Strong technical expertise and business acumen
Excellent leadership and peopleu management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company is a plus
FIGMA, Photoshop, React, Flutter, SQL, Firebase, Adobe XD, Sketch, Github, Vercel,
Next, and other design tools/ experience
