We are seeking a full-time Flowback Specialist for our on-site operations in Minot, ND. The Flowback Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining flowback operations, monitoring equipment functionality, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and troubleshooting issues during oil and gas production processes. Additional responsibilities include recording operational data, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and coordinating activities with team members to support efficient and safe operations.
- Expertise in flowback operations, oil and gas production processes, and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of on-site safety protocols, hazard prevention, and risk management practices
- Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting, and operational monitoring skills
- Strong communication, teamwork abilities, and task coordination capabilities
- Must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive activities in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and in remote outdoor locations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry is preferred
