Job Description:

Essential Duties

  • Help move and organize storage racks and shelves; regularly lift 40–50 lbs while optimizing storage spaces.
  • Coordinate the use of department vehicles and mobile clinics, including scheduling, maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate changes as needed.
  • Perform routine safety checks on vehicles, report maintenance needs, and keep vehicles fueled.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, logs, inspections, and other fleet documents.
  • Learn and assist with processes related to the new asset management system.
  • Use OnBase to purchase office supplies, first-aid items, AED parts, and AMS software/hardware.
  • Assist with warehouse surveys, inventory checks, and monthly/annual audits.
  • Help manage the AED program, including inspections, repairs, replacements, and ordering.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Valid Arizona driver’s license (or able to obtain by hire date).
  • Experience managing different types and levels of projects.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to use agency-specific software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze simple data.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.
  • Adaptability to new tasks, concepts, and projects.

Required Experience

  • Coordinating shared equipment for multiple programs or offices.
  • Writing procedures and delivering training (in person, online, and in telework settings).
  • Overseeing vehicle maintenance; knowledge of mobile health units or RVs.
  • Using Asset Management Software.
  • Managing projects and documenting processes and timelines.
  • Surveying materials and supplies.
  • Collecting and analyzing data and presenting it clearly for process improvement.

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma Required

Work Hours:

  • 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
