With our tip share, our hourly partners are earning $13 - $14 / hour from day 1.

Newk's Eatery Fort Smith is looking for YOU! We have several opportunities available.

• The FOH Hourly Partner is responsible to ensure all NEWK's guests receive a positive NEWK's Experience. Daily tasks included taking orders, bagging orders, running food, preparing catering, maintaining our drink station along with other daily cleaning tasks. This position also assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to NEWK's standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence.
• The BOH Hourly Partner is responsible to ensure all NEWK's guests are presented with superior products that are prepared according to NEWK's high standards. Daily tasks include working a food line: sandwich, salad, or pizza. This position also assists in prep along with preparing catering orders along with daily cleaning tasks. This position also assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to NEWK's standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence.
• The Hourly Partner also helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and a high quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs. This career opportunity is with a franchise restaurant that is independently owned.

Hourly Partner Requirements

Excellent communications and guest service skills

Extensive standing without breaks.

Reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three ft.

Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Knowledge of a Point of Sale System (Preferably Toast)

Some restaurant service experience; or other customer service industries
